We are looking for Service Engineer responsible to resolve technical issues faced by the customers. The position will be based in Dubai, U.A.E. and report to Managing Director, IPS Plastics AG.
Your tasks
- Installation, start-up, commissioning and troubleshooting of injection moulding machines, robots and peripheral equipment
- Providing on-site training to the customers
- Complete reporting, hours, documentation, observation, measurements, data, results and conclusions
- Provide online support
Your profile
- Engineering graduate or Diploma holder in mechanical or electrical with 5 years of service experience in a similar industry, preferably in hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical. Injection moulding experience would be an advantage.
- Experience with measuring tools, multimeter, oscilloscope, micrometre is required
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is must. Arabic and/ or any additional language is an advantage
- Excellent customer orientation skills
- Strong Technical Problem-Solving Capabilities
- Time and self-management
- Coordination and organizational skills
- Advanced PC skills and MS Office Knowledge is a must
- 100% travel with mostly in MEA region but internationally too
- Valid Driving licence
