We are looking for MRP Specialist, who will be part of MENA purchasing team and responsible for supporting strategic purchasing and supply chain activities to ensure effective inventory management in order to provide best level customer service.

Your tasks

Support headquarters' and regional strategic purchasing and supply chain strategies by monitoring of stock, movements, valuation and MRP settings
Control SAP B1 system by identifying needs/requirements and ensuring systems and process improvements, streamlining, developing, planning and implementing processes and procedures within the whole Supply Chain Management team including the external linking departments.
Assist with open sales orders, shutdowns, and stocking requirements/forecasting
Monitor daily requisitions and adjust the relevant settings as required to ensure availability and stock turn are maximized while ensuring dead-stock is minimized.
Ensure adherence to compliance rules and regulations in all aspects of the supply chain including external linking departments.
Liaise with all relevant internal departments, centres and subsidiaries regarding strategic purchasing, material management and operational initiatives, functions and support requirements.
Assist with stock take reconciliation and ad-hoc inventory adjustments as required.
Train/upskill all relevant colleagues where necessary on systems and processes.
Assist where required with monthly and ad-hoc reporting.

Your profile

Min. 5 years' experience in a similar role in supply chain
Strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain concepts and application.
Key-user level MRP experience. SAP B1 experience is preferred
Expert in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Excellent time-management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities across projects.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to high quality work.
Team player, able to collaborate and work effectively with others, as well as independently.
