We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented
Strategic Human Resource Manager
to lead the design and implementation of human capital strategies that support the organization's long-term goals. This role blends strategic vision with operational execution and requires demonstrated expertise in organizational transformation, talent management, and data-driven HR leadership.
As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will champion initiatives in workforce planning, leadership development, organizational design, and culture-building, ensuring HR practices align with the evolving needs of the business.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Integrate HR initiatives with broader business priorities, including succession planning and talent alignment.
Apply workforce analytics to drive planning, forecasting, and informed decision-making.
Talent Management & Development
Lead the design and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-tier professionals.
Oversee performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
Identify and support the development of high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Organizational Development
Guide organizational change and transformation initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement in structure, processes, or culture.
Promote agility, adaptability, and innovation across the organization.
Employee Relations & Culture
Foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture that reflects organizational values.
Provide strategic support and expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance matters.
Partner with business leaders to strengthen team collaboration and employee experience.
Data-Driven HR Practices
Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform strategy, monitor effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Stay current on HR trends, technologies, and regulatory developments to ensure forward-thinking practices.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, ethical standards, and internal policies.
Support organizational risk mitigation and business continuity through robust workforce strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
15+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
Proven success in strategic planning, change management, and talent development.
Deep knowledge of labor regulations, HR best practices, and organizational development methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional HR initiatives.
Proficient in HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
