Position Overview
The HR and Strategy Manager - Dicetek Dubai will be responsible for developing departmental plans, implementing operational frameworks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role includes overseeing HR initiatives, strategic planning, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to promote excellence and productivity across the business.

Core Duties

  • Prepare and contribute to departmental strategic and operational plans to ensure alignment with administration goals
  • Develop and implement competitive HR programs that motivate and enhance workforce skills, especially in private sector initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing achievement reports to senior management
  • Contribute to departmental budgeting and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure resources meet objectives
  • Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure HR and operational services meet best practice standards
  • Oversee implementation of HR initiatives, maintaining communication with beneficiaries and stakeholders to evaluate impact
  • Develop training, learning, and motivational programs to support professional growth and high-quality service delivery
  • Establish frameworks for managing operations, improving productivity, and driving continuous improvement
  • Provide support to the Director and carry out additional assigned responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
  • PhD in Business Administration or Human Resources (no prior experience required), or
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources with at least 3 years' experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources with at least 6 years' experience
  • Professional certifications such as CIPD Level 5/7, Certified Training & Development Specialist, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, training and development, and organizational leadership frameworks
  • Proven ability to monitor performance, prepare reports, and align initiatives with strategic objectives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
