As a key partner to senior leadership, you will spearhead initiatives in workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and cultural transformation to align HR operations with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Alignment
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
Integrate HR initiatives with key business priorities, including succession planning and talent alignment.
Utilize workforce analytics to support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
Talent Management & Development
Lead comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-caliber professionals.
Oversee performance management systems, leadership development programs, and employee engagement efforts.
Identify and nurture high-potential talent for succession and leadership opportunities.
Organizational Development
Drive change management initiatives that align with business evolution and growth.
Conduct organizational assessments and recommend structural, cultural, or process improvements.
Champion agility, adaptability, and innovation within the organizational framework.
Employee Relations & Culture
Cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture rooted in company values.
Provide strategic guidance on complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen team dynamics and enhance employee experience.
Data-Driven HR Practices
Leverage HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and guide strategic decisions.
Continuously evaluate and implement HR technologies and practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
Support enterprise risk mitigation and workforce continuity planning through strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, change management, and organizational development.
Deep understanding of employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced HR analytics tools.
