solve manpower challenges under pressure
and ensure that bulk and urgent hiring needs are met on time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead recruitment for blue collar roles (technicians, drivers, helpers, painters, plumber, electricians, tile Masons, block masons, gypsum carpenters..... etc.).
Source candidates through
personal network, agencies, vendors, referrals, job portals, and field recruitment drives
.
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate and manage interviews, assessments, and trade tests as required.
Build and maintain a reliable
pipeline of candidates
to meet ongoing and future requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates with complete documentation.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets consistently.
Act as a
problem solver
, ensuring manpower gaps are closed quickly with quality candidates.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience
in recruiting for blue-collar roles (construction, facilities management, or similar).
Strong sourcing network in
UAE and overseas markets (Asia & Africa preferred)
.
Proven track record in
hiring
and closing urgent positions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
Preferably male candidates
