The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment for blue collar roles across multiple locations.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, local agencies, referrals, and field recruitment drives.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and trade tests when applicable.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and training institutes.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates and proper documentation.
Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets within timelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting blue collar workforce
(manufacturing, logistics, construction, retail, or similar industries preferred).
Strong sourcing network and understanding of blue collar labor market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
