Position: Recruiter - Blue-Collar

Hiring Industry Focus: Facilities Management, Construction, Hospitality

Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing and recruiting blue-collar workers across the Facilities Management (FM), Construction, and Hospitality sectors.

The recruiter will play a crucial role in fulfilling our clients' manpower needs with quality and speed.Key Responsibilities:Source and screen blue-collar candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and agency networks.

Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.

Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.

Maintain accurate documentation of candidate records and recruitment activities.

Ensure timely deployment and onboarding of selected candidates.

Build relationships with manpower suppliers and overseas recruitment agencies

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in blue-collar hiring Strong knowledge of the FM, construction, and hospitality sectors Excellent sourcing and screening skills Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes is a plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
