Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Field Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in blue-collar hiring within the Recruitment & Manpower Supply industry. This role includes field sourcing, client coordination, end-to-end recruitment, operational support, and monitoring staff performance. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, as regular site visits to labor accommodations and client locations are required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field recruitment at labor accommodations, client sites, and walk-in drives. Source candidates for roles such as pickers, packers, warehouse helpers, cleaners, drivers, and other blue-collar positions. Manage initial screenings, interviews, documentation, and shortlisting processes. Conduct recruitment drives at client locations as per project requirements. Coordinate with HR and operations teams for onboarding, visa processing, and mobilization. Monitor deployed staff performance, attendance, absenteeism, and escalate issues to the operations team. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing client requirements. Ensure timely closure of manpower requests as per client expectations. Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports, and daily activity logs. Act as a point of contact for both candidates and clients on recruitment- and operations-related matters.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in blue-collar hiring within a Recruitment & Manpower Supply company in the UAE. Proven field sourcing experience. Valid UAE driving license with the ability to travel extensively. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and visa procedures. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
