We are looking for someone who can assist us with ensuring that our awesome team continues to grow and flourish. This includes \xe2\x80\x9cend-to-end\xe2\x80\x9d operational support for our talent team - from interview logistics, to travel arrangements and ensuring great experiences for candidates, new joiners and employees alike. The role will also include site management responsibilities for our global hub in the DIFC, Dubai.
By assisting Moment to recruit and retain the best talent, supported by an awesome office environment, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be directly responsible for ensuring the success of our exciting business.
Responsibilities:
Support employees during all aspects of the employee lifecycle and various HR related tasks, including employee onboarding and offboarding
Scheduling and travel logistics for interview candidates, as well as new employees relocating
Facilities management and logistics to ensure our central Dubai hub runs smoothly
Assisting the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
Assisting in processes and projects of Employee Experience - from gifts, to events and more
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in HR related roles, preferable as an HR specialist/admin in the high-tech industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
Desire to learn and grow within the HR function, passionate about understanding HR processes and systems
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Fantastic organizational, prioritizing and time management skills
Experience creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
