We are looking for an experienced HR/Administrative Officer with the objective of providing effective and thorough HR/admin support to the company with considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
Handle HR records of personnel-related data and ensure all employment requirements are met
Respond to internal HR related inquiries or requests
Provide assistance to the Senior Management as required
Perform a variety of administrative tasks
Enforcing company policies and practices
Prepare internal and external correspondence
Liaise as required with other administrative, Finance, Operations and support staff
Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and alerts the managers accordingly
Review and proofread documents prepared for the managers signature
Assist with purchase order issuance and vendor coordination as required
Handle various Government related transactions such as Trade Licenses, Labour and Immigration matters directly with government entities or via PRO
Maintain contact with persons in similar roles with internal and external affiliates.
Maximize office administration efficiency and productivity through proficient workflows
Act as liaison between the manager, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments
Create and format documentation using correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Works under broad supervision
Carry out other duties as required
