Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee all HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as payroll processing for both full-time and part-time staff.
Address employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to both managers and employees.
Keep abreast of HR trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of HR operations.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
Generate HR metrics and reports for management to aid in decision-making.
Facilitate the onboarding process for employees from various government and private clients.
Track and manage the onboarding database for new employees.
Handle the onboarding process, including the creation and distribution of offer letters, visa or work permit processing, and preparation for employee induction.
Initiate and manage the visa process, including MOL processes and visa stamping.
Provide HR letters as requested by employees.
Address employee inquiries and concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a related role in the UAE.
Current employment with an Employer of Record (EOR) service company is preferred.
Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations and employment processes.
Excellent communication skills
