Customer Service & Operations Officer
to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while supporting students and staff.

The Customer Service & Operations Officer will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, supporting students with inquiries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner
Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and policies
Coordinate class schedules, attendance, and teacher assignments
Manage student registrations, payments, and documentation
Support HR and operations in day-to-day administrative tasks
Assist with event coordination and student engagement activities
Ensure smooth communication between management, teachers, and students
Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in
customer service, operations, or administration
(minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Google sheet , Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
