Oversee HR processes such as employee onboarding, off boarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Generate reports related to employee data, attendance.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations while assisting in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to staff.
Employee Support:
Provide support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and other operational matters.
Assist in conflict resolution and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
HR System & Tools:
Manage and update HR software and tools, ensuring smooth functionality.
Drive improvements in HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant labor laws.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
