Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and hire delivery drivers (bike & car).
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
Handle onboarding and documentation for new drivers.
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified drivers.
Coordinate with operations to understand manpower needs.
Manage recruitment channels and maintain candidate databases.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
driver recruitment
in the UAE.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes is a plus.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
