Job Summary:
We are currently hiring a
Senior HR Officer
with proven expertise inrecruitment for salon, maintenance, and restaurant staff
. The ideal candidate must have a strong background inUAE visa processing
and in-depth knowledge ofUAE labor laws
. This is a hands-on role requiring proactive talent sourcing, HR operations management, and government documentation coordination.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for salon technicians, maintenance personnel, and restaurant staff. Handle all documentation related to
employment visas
,labor contracts
,Emirates ID
, andmedical insurance.
Ensure full compliance withUAE labor laws
and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely renewals of visas and labor permits. Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Support management with strategic HR planning related to staffing needs.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum
5 years of HR experience
with at least3 years in recruitment
for salon, F&B, or maintenance sectors. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience inUAE visa processing procedures
. Solid understanding ofUAE labor laws
and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Experience working in a multicultural environment.
