Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for salon technicians, maintenance personnel, and restaurant staff.
Handle all documentation related to
employment visas
,
labor contracts
,
Emirates ID
, and
medical insurance.
Ensure full compliance with
UAE labor laws
and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely renewals of visas and labor permits.
Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Support management with strategic HR planning related to staffing needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of HR experience
with at least
3 years in recruitment
for salon, F&B, or maintenance sectors.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
UAE visa processing procedures
.
Solid understanding of
UAE labor laws
and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
