We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Officer to join our growing team, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. As a 360-degree role, you will be involved in almost every aspect of the employee life cycle and will be working with the HR team to handle the entities under the D1 Management group.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Advise leadership and help make decisions based on business needs.
Support HR in managing talent management, compensation, benefits, rewards, employee engagement, and wellness programs.
Align HR practices with business goals and provide people solutions.
Work with HR Manager to create and track a manpower plan.
Assist in the performance management cycle and guide managers on talent and employee-related issues.
Handle disciplinary, grievance, hiring, and exit matters.
Provide guidance to employees on policies, recruitment, selection, and employment terms.
Coordinate talent sourcing, onboarding, internships, and payroll.
Track overtime, leave, and employee absences for effective workforce management.
Keep employee records updated in real time.
Stay informed on strategy planning and individual KPIs.
Achieve departmental or entity goals and objectives.
Follow policies and participate in periodic audits.
Assist in preparing reports and address any quality or compliance issues.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably at a group level.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government regulations.
Expertise in UAE pension schemes for nationals.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence.
Flexible, adaptable, and resilient in daily work.
Good organizational, negotiation, collaboration, and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Oracle, is a plus.
