Oracle HRMS Expertise: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle systems, especially in modules related to payroll, absence, and employee data management. Absence Management: Solid understanding of leave and attendance policies, with the ability to apply guidelines fairly and consistently. Oracle fusion (HMC) software would be added advantage
