Female HR Manager
to lead and develop our HR processes. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, women-focused environment and can handle everything from recruitment to team engagement - we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance systems
Handle HR policy development and updates
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
Manage staff performance evaluations and training programs
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Mediate employee concerns and resolve conflicts
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
