Key Responsibilities:
Support HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with Qatar/GCC labor laws and company policies.
Monitor and manage HR documentation, payroll coordination, and HRIS systems.
Assist in training & development programs, performance management, and KPI implementation.
Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of HR experience
in Qatar or GCC (hospitality, real estate, or corporate sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
Female Arab nationality preferred.
