Department: Human Resources The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, PRO coordination, and end?to?end visa processing activities. The role ensures compliance with UAE labour laws and Free Zone / JAFZA regulations while supporting a smooth and efficient employee experience across HR and government transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files as per UAE labour law requirements.
Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Assist in performance management and probation review processes.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of HR Generalist / HR Officer experience in UAE.
Hands?on experience in PRO coordination and visa processing (Free Zone / JAFZA preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Immigration & MOHRE procedures.
Experience handling employee onboarding, renewals, and cancellation processes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRMS / MS Office tools

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
