Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, and related government regulations.
Handle complete visa processing (A-Z), renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID procedures.
Coordinate with PRO, Tasheel, GDRFA, and other government portals for employee services.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation in line with UAE law.
Manage payroll, leave, and end-of-service benefits in compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records, HRMS data, and employee files.
Provide guidance to management and staff on labor law updates and HR policies.
