Job Description
Interactive Digits is seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Male Data Entry Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for both fresher and experienced candidates who are passionate about data entry.
Responsibilities
Entering updates and verifying data in various software systems for use by all personnel. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. Reviewing and verifying data entered into the database to ensure accuracy. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
Requirements
Male Hindi-speaking candidates only. Immediate joiners preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Sales and marketing certification is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Good time management and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle stress and pressure.
