Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Coordinating & following up with PRO to arrange Emirates ID & Medical card, renewal of residence Visa, Labor cards, new employment visas, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Support the whole recruitment process, ranging from sourcing, managing the pipeline, resume screening, scoring tests, arranging and conducting an interview, communicating with line managers, and offering negotiation.
. Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, mainly for blue collar jobs.
. Create relationships with job seekers. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
. Initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
. Arrange and conduct walk-in interviews for blue collar employees (Mainly Bike Riders) and drivers.
. Routinely creating and publishing adverts for all ongoing vacancies.
. Tracking and managing sourcing calls to ensure quality, salary benchmarking and market predictability.
. Apply recruiting methods to attract candidates, develop and implement sourcing strategies (. job advertising, job boards, online)
\xc2\xb7 Coordinating performance appraisal process & arranging to get approval from higher management.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for maintaining employee personnel files in ERP software as well as in excel including passport details, visa details, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Following up with employee grievances and issues.
\xc2\xb7 Tracking and Recording of Employee\'s Personal files
\xc2\xb7 On Boarding and Off boarding
\xc2\xb7 Preparation of various letters related to HR department. Qualifications:
- With experience in courier and delivery services.
- Min. 3 years experience in recruitment (blue collar projects), particularly in courier and delivery services.
- Solid understanding of visa processing and new joiners documents
- Ability to speak Urdu, Hindi, Malayalam, and English
- Ability to work under pressure.
