The Role
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources data to support strategic decision-making. This role partners with HR, leadership, and business stakeholders to provide insights on workforce trends, performance, engagement, retention, and compliance. - Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, ATS, payroll, surveys, performance systems) - Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, hiring, DEI, performance, compensation) - Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support workforce planning and talent strategies - Provide data-driven recommendations to improve employee retention, engagement, and productivity - Support HR metrics and KPIs tracking and reporting on a regular basis - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy regulations - Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and leadership on analytical needs - Automate reporting processes and improve data efficiency - Prepare presentations and visualizations for senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field - 5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role - Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) - Experience with HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle,, or similar) - Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills - Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders - Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and workforce analytics
