Location: Remote (Opportunity to relocate to Dubai after 6 months of exceptional performance)

Reports To: Marketing Director
Salary (tax-free): AED 6,000 per month
About the Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding proprietary trading firm disrupting global financial markets, is seeking a skilled Market Research and Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. This is a career-defining opportunity to work with a global team using cutting-edge tools to drive marketing and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market, consumer, and competitor data.
• Evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns through analytics.
• Create dashboards and reports to present findings to leadership.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and forecasting.
• Provide insights on ROI, ROAS, CPL, and customer trends.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

• 4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or digital analytics.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for visualisation.
• Strong presentation skills and business acumen.
• Email marketing knowledge is an advantage.
