Key Responsibilities:
Analyze HR datasets including attendance, attrition, and engagement metrics
Create and maintain
Excel dashboards
to visualize KPIs and trends
Automate recurring HR reports for payroll, benefits, and recruitment
Ensure
data accuracy and consistency
across HR systems
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to drive data-informed decisions
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a
Data Analyst
(HR data experience is a plus)
Advanced Excel skills:
PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Data Analytics, or related field
