Job Description
We are looking for a
HR Data Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and visualize HR data to drive insights, support decision-making, and shape strategies across talent, performance, and workforce management.Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain impactful dashboards and KPIs in
Power BI
across HR functions. Translate complex HR data into actionable insights for management. Collaborate with HR teams to meet evolving business needs. Prepare high-quality presentations to communicate trends and recommendations. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in Power BI development, preferably in HR or People Analytics. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills * Experience tracking HR metrics and using data to forecast trends.
