to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone new to HR who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, shortlisting resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding for new employees by preparing documentation and conducting induction sessions.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases accurately.
Help organize employee engagement activities, training, and team events.
Respond to basic HR queries from employees regarding policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Prepare simple HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates or 0-1 year of experience in HR or administration are welcome.
Good knowledge of HR fundamentals and office administration.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and record-keeping skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional, proactive, and willing to learn.
