The HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Assist in the recruitment process -- posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including visa, medical, and ID coordination.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll data entry.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
Assist with employee performance reviews and probation evaluations.
Support in organizing staff training, events, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
