We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting HR operations, employee relations, and administrative processes. Candidates must be currently based in Qatar and ready to join immediately with a valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HR operations and provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Support the recruitment process -- job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and documentation (offers, contracts, etc.).
Assist in processing staff leaves, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
Coordinate with PRO and other departments for HR-related matters.
Support HR projects, events, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and Qatar labour regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must have a valid QID and transferable visa with NOC.
Must be available to join immediately.
