We are looking for an energetic and organized HR/Admin to be the first point of contact for our visitors and employees. This role combines HR responsibilities with front desk duties, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy multi-tasking.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Handle office emails and direct correspondence to relevant staff.
Assist with office supplies management and inventory.
Handle company renewals ( DEWA, Ejari, ETISALAT, Vehicle License, Insurance, Parking Permit and Salik)
HR Duties:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate employee benefits and other HR programs.
Process Offboarding and End of Service Benefits
Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in preparing reports related to HR activities.
Manage employee attendance and leave for payroll processing
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role; HR experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude towards challenges and excellent problem solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
