Assist with visa processing: applications, renewals, cancellations.
Liaise with government departments for labor and immigration formalities.
Support recruitment activities: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance review processes.
Provide general support to the HR Lead in all HR-related matters.
Arrange travel and accommodation for employees, including flight bookings and airport transfers.
Oversee vehicle registration renewals and insurance.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Manage company correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to various departments.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a similar HR and Admin role.
Must be on a Spouse Visa.
Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law and government processes.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
