Our Middle East operations currently has an opening for an HR Advisor.
What is an HR Advisor to us Our Employee\xe2\x80\x99s Experience is extremely important to us. As an HR Advisor, you will lead the efficient delivery of HR operations and services for our Middle East colleagues You will be part of Crown\xe2\x80\x99s global HR team while business partnering with the local management team to ensure that our People Agenda is delivered in compliance with the local regulations and as per industry best practices.
Where will you be based
This role will be office based at our Middle East HQ at Dubai Investments Park - 2, Dubai, UAE
What you will do
You will be responsible for the delivery of HR services, such as ensuring compliance on visa and legal matters, administration of payroll, management of outsourced HR services (employee insurances, EAP, payroll) and all other touch points during our employee\xe2\x80\x99s lifecycle.
You will drive the employee engagement initiatives (performance management, wellbeing, health & safety, rewards & recognition, DEI, sustainability) building upon our employer brand.
You will provide advisory services to the management team on employee relations related challenges
You will ensure that all our HR services and initiatives are compliant with the local labour regulations and are industry best practices.
You will also work alongside our Centres of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition) in implementing group actions and closely monitoring delivery.
About you
The below would summarise your skills, aptitude and qualifications:
3 \xe2\x80\x93 5+ years of experience in Human Resources in the UAE with regional GCC experience.
In dept knowledge of UAE labour law is mandatory. Familiarity with regional GCC labour laws region would be beneficial.
CIPD/ SHRM qualification would be preferred.
Prior experience in all HR functions including talent acquisition, HR Operations, payroll, policies, performance management.
Experience in HRIS and other MS Applications.
Strong organizational, critical thinking & problem-solving skills. Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and meet strict deadlines.
Seen as authentic and approachable. Willingness to support & serve internal customers and stakeholders in effectively doing their job.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
