HR Advisor, Oil/Gas Operator, Abu Dhabi UAE
Permanent role.
An oil/gas operatoring company in Abu Dhabi are seeking a HR Advisor, who can provide advice and support in line with their organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Key requirements:
- 10+ years experience in HR with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisor role.
- Oil and gas experience
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience in: HR business planning, developing and maintaining performance management, creating HR policies and procedures, recruitment (preparing s, participating in interviews), and advisory to change management programmes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similiar
NOTE: All applicants must be already based in the UAE or GCC.
