Greetings! We are currently looking for an HR Advisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This position is only open for Saudi Nationals. Below is the job description: HR Activities
Provide support and advice on HR processes and activities to the assigned department/team business operations ensuring compliance to HR processes and the Human Resources strategy.
Contribute to the development of HR policies for KSA, after approval by Manager, implementation and assessment fo the HR yearly budget/plan to be approved by the manager.
Advise
Issue advice at request or at own initiative to management and employees regarding the implementation, application and management of HR or related procedures, day to day employee relation problems, work instructiona, systems, intruments and term and conditions, as well as follow up implementation
Recruitment and Selection
Support management in the selection and hiring of employees.
Ensure with HR Administrator the correct and timely administration of contract
Learning and Development
Advice management and employees in order to help the employees close gaps in skills and competences.
Ensure administration of employee development and training plans and results.
Compensation and benefits
Communicate job descriptions, grading and salary bands within set Group and BL policies to Management, Recruitment and employees in order to support company strategy of paying in line with market and internal equity
Communication of (insured) benefit to Management, Recruitment department and employees
Conduct routine salary administration tasks, providing advice to managers on wages and salaries of all employees, except senior Management
Ensure correct administration of individual (and collective) employee Comp&Ben in HR admin systems.
Industrial Relations
Develop and maintain contacts with works councils, legal, and other employee representative bodies.
Negotiate with these bodies (KSA Labor and immigration) on relevant aspects of HR programs and policies.
Control and Systems
Execute all administrative actions related to the application and implementation of all assigned HR processes and activities
Management Information
Provide insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments through periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses, based on reporting guidelines.
Qualifications: 1. Must have a solid experience on Saudi labor law, dealing with labor and immigration 2. Have a generalist background preferrably having technical recruitment experience within the oil and gas industry 3. Must have atleast 5 years of working experience within the HR field 4. SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage 5. Available to join within 30 days
