Job Summary: Looking for HR Advisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study
At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Proven experience in handling complex employee relations issues and investigations required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
