QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate should be in Dubai
  • With knowledge on preparing attendance and annual leave balance reports
  • With knowledge on UAE Labor Law
  • HR Experience
  • Knowledge on archiving and ISO accreditation
  • Experience in working in DMCC is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring and Recording Attendance and Leave Records
  • Facilitating Administrative Tasks such as contract preparation, logistics, filing, and renewals
  • Shall work hand in hand with PRO for Visa and Employee Related processes such as applications, renewals, and cancellation
  • Oversee the overall upkeep of the office and keeps records of office stationary requirements
  • Supervises the cleanliness and orderliness of the office
  • Organize Travel Arrangements
  • Checks to monitor regulations on government offices to make sure the company and employees’ compliance
  • Take care of all required procedures, requests, documents from the DMCC Portal & DTCM Portal
