Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an HR & Admin officer who will be responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, for running a smooth HR Administration process.
- Guarantee that the HR department is supporting its employees in compliance with labor laws, the HR administrative general roles include: maintaining employee\xe2\x80\x99s records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases, and to manage multiple administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies - Respond to employees\xe2\x80\x99 questions about benefits (for example, insurance, leave & Oracle - Provide support in processing employees\xe2\x80\x99 payroll, facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors, and ensure vacation and sick time are tracked.
- Entering new employee information in the system - Oracle
- Timely maintenance of HR Databases while adding additional relevant information, including sick leaves, paid leaves, days off, vacations, etc.
- Maintain and organize new employee orientation, training, and documentation.
- Assisting newly joined employees with their contract signing, medical and issuance of labour card and residence visa.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in HR and Administrative functions in GCC
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
