Job Description

Front Office will be the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with the services provided by the company. He/she will be responsible for answering phone calls, checking room bookings online and offline and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude Making room bookings and reservations through online and offline Using Opera system to make sure customers bookings are confirmed Maintains a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Manage incoming phone calls on the reception Informs customers and visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction Inform customer of offers and promotions

Skills

2+ years of reception or reservation and hotel experience preferred Knowledge and using hotel system Opera is must Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to cooperate and support other members of team Strong verbal communication skills in the English and Arabic language Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment Local and Overseas, Arabic speaking will be an advantage

Pay: From KD350.000 per month
