As a Hotel Front Office Receptionist, your roles is to be responsible and provide professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs
Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver to the appropriate department
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Front Office Receptionist
Opera experience
Active listening and effective communication skills
Flexibility to work in shifts
Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
BASIC SALARY: AED1500 - AED1700
ACCOMODATION & TRANSPORTATION:HOTEL PROVIDED
DUTY MEALS: HOTEL PROVIDED
