Position: CONTRACTING EXECUTIVE

Location: Dubai

Core Responsibilities:

Serve as a key point of contact for accommodation suppliers to support contracting, operational, commercial, and financial matters.
Negotiate the best possible rates and conditions with hotels, self-catering units, and serviced apartments, while developing new strategies for competitive pricing. Present and discuss proposed terms and conditions with management for review and approval.
Support the expansion and maintenance of the supplier portfolio to ensure product diversity across multiple categories (1-5*, city/rural hotels, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

Execute contracting activities by securing competitive rates, special offers, allocations, and terms in line with company objectives.
Monitor competitor products and pricing to ensure competitiveness across multiple source markets.
Review weekly product and sales reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market trends.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate loading and positioning of contracts.
Gain understanding of hotel distribution channels, including channel managers, dynamic connectivity, and extranets, to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in contracting within the travel and tourism sector, preferably with DMCs or global travel companies.
Strong network and established relationships with hotels and accommodation suppliers.
Be well-presentable and professional at all times, representing the company as its face in dealings with hotels and accommodation partners.
Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
