Position: Hotel Sales Executive (Male Candidates Encouraged)
Location: Dubai, 4-Star Hotel

Job Summary:

The Hotel Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to maximize hotel profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporate clients, including multinational companies, SMEs, and government entities. Identify and prospect new corporate accounts to increase the hotel's market share. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing corporate clients to maximize repeat business and long-term partnerships. Prepare and present customized proposals, contracts, and corporate packages. Collaborate with internal teams (events, marketing, operations) to ensure the successful delivery of corporate events and client satisfaction. Monitor corporate sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Attend corporate networking events, business forums, and industry trade shows. Travel within the UAE to meet corporate clients and attend meetings. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in corporate hotel sales or hospitality sales. Demonstrated success in generating corporate business and achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Valid UAE driving license
