The Contracting Executive - Data Entry is responsible for handling hotel contracts, rate loading, and promotion updates with accuracy and efficiency. The role involves maintaining up-to-date data in the B2B system, ensuring timely communication of updates, and supporting internal teams with administrative and operational tasks related to hotel contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hotel information and updates in the B2B extranet/back-office system.
Accurately load hotel contracts, rates, and special promotions into the designated system.
Ensure timely updates of contracts and promotional offers.
Maintain and monitor hotel stop-sale calendars and availability charts.
Track and manage new hotel contracts, rate changes, amendments, and contract withdrawals.
Generate and submit daily reports detailing completed updates (contracts, rates, promotions, etc.).
Coordinate with the Operations and Reservations departments to help resolve rate-related issues, complaints, or discrepancies in terms and conditions.
Ensure all data entry and updates comply with internal standards and timelines.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to support smooth workflow and information sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years' experience in data-entry role, preferably in DMC company.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
Familiarity with B2B booking systems or extranet platforms is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in Jumbo system is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
