Company background: Bloomfields holiday homes aims at helping landlords rent their properties on short term basis by providing services, consultation and recommendation on setting up their properties presented to the right audience, achieve financial goals for landlords and occupation goal for tenants Job introduction: Bloomfields is currently recruiting an operations manager to handle holiday homes day to day operations in Abu Dhabi's branch. Key responsibilities: Manage operations , listing , advertisement and marketing . Inspect properties for cleaning and maintenance during check in/ check out to ensure smooth and comfortable stays of tenants. Develop long and short-term strategies and tactics for growth Recruit and manage personnel to support business growth. Develop a culture of success and employee satisfaction. Manage operations to ensure client satisfaction. Meet revenue and profit targets. Assist landlords to set their properties to expected standards Responsible in updating CRM data base Manage listing and sales agents Requirements: - Full "A to Z "Holiday Homes process knowledge Must have a valid driving license and a car Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related field Previous experience in a reputable holiday homes company Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Holiday Homes: 2 years (Required)
