Key Responsibilities

Lead the front-of-house service team to deliver a seamless guest experience. Welcome, seat, and engage guests with professionalism and warmth. Manage VIP reservations and provide tailored guest journeys. Coordinate service flow with kitchen, bar, and management teams. Mentor and train junior staff to maintain consistent excellence. Uphold grooming, presentation, and brand standards at all times. Record guest preferences to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

3-5 years' experience as a Head Waitress or senior service role in high-end fine dining. International experience outside the UAE required. Fluent in English and Russian. Strong leadership, guest-relations, and upselling skills. Polished appearance and professional demeanor. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, luxury environment.

Compensation & Benefits

AED 8,000/month (tax-free). Tips and service charge eligibility (2-3k/month can be expected in season). Live-out position. Duty meal provided. Annual flight ticket. Full medical, life, and unemployment insurance. Global staff discount (30-50%).

Additional Information
