Overview

As Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a polished welcome and ensuring seamless experiences from reservation to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism. Manage reservations and guest flow to optimize the dining experience. Maintain detailed guest records to support personalized service. Liaise with floor, bar, and management teams to coordinate service. Present a polished image in line with luxury hospitality standards. Support upselling opportunities by introducing signature menu items.
Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a hostess in a renowned fine dining establishment. Minimum height requirement is 170cm without shoes. Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are an advantage. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and confident presence. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
Compensation & Benefits

AED 7,000/month (live-out, tax-free). Tips (in season estimated AED 1,000-3,000/month). Duty meal provided. Annual flight ticket. Full medical, life, and unemployment insurance. 25-50% global staff discount.
