A rare opportunity for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a stunning, ultra-modern all-day dining restaurant.
We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef for a prestigious new opening in Abu Dhabi. This is a key Head Chef role within a highly successful group, launching an updated concept. The Head Chef position requires a talented, creative leader with a passion for premium, contemporary food.
The Concept:

• Contemporary fine dining all-day.
• Premium food with a focus on produce
• Breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner service
• Stunning, visually appealing interiors with a large terrace
• 200 covers with a brigade of 15-20 chefs

The Head Chef Role:

• Full operational and creative input for menus.
• Menu development and implementation focusing on fresh, high-quality produce
• Recruiting, training, and leading a large, diverse team
• Driving standards and maintaining the concept's premium positioning
• Managing costs and ensuring kitchen profitability

The Ideal Head Chef:

• A proven, top-tier Chef with a stable and progressive career history
• Extensive experience in high-quality, all-day dining or contemporary fine dining
• Demonstrable success in menu development and kitchen leadership
