We are currently looking for a talented and motivated sales executive who will be an additional inspiration to his fellow brokers and a support to the company management. Your primary responsibilities will be: - Forming the sales team, creating a training system and scripts, conducting certifications, building managers\' sales skills and fundamentals - recruitment of brokers to the team - development of sales plan and its implementation - team motivation - communication with marketing for lead feedback - competitor analysis - monitoring of indicators, sales plan execution - Preparation of reports for the management of the company on the results of the team members\' work - development of strategic sales plans, to expand the client base - building long-term relationships with clients It is important for us that: - You have at least 1 year of working experience in real estate market and understanding of the real estate legislation in Dubai; - Your English skills should be at a C1 level. Other languages are a big plus. - You could work in a team and are result oriented. Terms: - Work schedule from 10:00 to 19:00 -after the probationary period (1 month) help with paperwork (visa, insurance) -We pay for communication, give access to a convenient crm-system -Our spacious office is located in the upscale Business Bay, Bay Square, near the subway station -For starters we offer 2,000 - 4,000$ + 3-5% commission (depends on your experience and competence).
