in Dubai is looking for aHead of Sales Department
(Russian speaker).RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the sales department (starting with 2 managers, with prospects for expansion)
Personal involvement in sales: working with key clients, negotiations, and presentations
Control of sales plan implementation
Training and developing the team
Developing partnership relations (with realtors, developers, construction companies).
Implementing and managing the CRM system.
Market analysis and identifying new opportunities for the company's growth.
Collaborating with the marketing department for lead generation.
WE VALUE:
2+ years of experience in sales management.
Mentoring and coaching skills.
Strategic thinking and a desire to break records and achieve ambitious goals.
Fluent English and Russian (Arabic will be an advantage).

A base salary is discussed at interview (up to 40 000 AED for exceeding targets).
